All 15 of my fibroblast cultured cells are flourishing and showing promising results in (hopefully) proving the hypothesis. successfully transfected a brain slice and cultured 2 other beautiful brain slices with prominent SCN’s. ah yes, nothing like spending time alone in this creepy lab at night slicing up mice brains and cutting up other mice body parts. i feel like a true mad scientist.. muahahahaaaa..
now back to writing my report on how awesome it is to have a mortal internal clock :]
